- Monthly Slainte updates: Customers and family members of USLI employees can sign up to receive monthly emails with access to challenges, events and wellness classes

- Mind Your Mind Challenge: In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, this challenge focuses on strategies to support mental well-being through gratitude, stress relief, positivity, guided meditation and gentle movement
- Mile Per Day Challenge: Throughout May, aim to complete one mile of cardio as many days as possible and earn raffle tickets for each day you complete your mile
