Harnessing the Power of the Mind With Intentional Language

The human mind is a remarkable tool that surpasses the capabilities of any machine ever invented. When used purposefully, the mind can exponentially improve one's health and overall well-being; however, if it’s not used intentionally, the mind can also impede growth.

Understanding the relationship between the conscious and subconscious mind is crucial to changing our habits. The conscious mind governs logic and represents a fraction of our daily thoughts. The subconscious mind dominates our mental processes by influencing our emotions, habits and instincts. The power of the subconscious is often overlooked; however, it is highly influential in steering us toward our goals. Therefore, training the subconscious mind navigates us closer to success and happiness.

In the pursuit of goals, the language we use matters. Phrases like "I hope,” “I might” and "I want to" introduce the possibility of failure. To spark real change, replace these expressions with more affirmative phrases like "I will" and "I am." By adopting intentional language, you prepare your subconscious to accept these statements as inevitable truths.

Mastering the power of intentional language is not just about speaking goals into existence; it's a paradigm shift that changes your life. Your thoughts and words shape your actions, and your actions shape your reality. By consistently choosing intentional and affirmative language, you shape a successful and empowering life. Your mind, now aligned with purpose, propels you toward your goals with unwavering determination.
