Celebrate Your Success: End-of-Program Testing

At the beginning of Renewed You, we asked you to complete a pre-program evaluation to document your starting point by evaluating your physical fitness, nutrition habits and mindset.  

If you’re reading this, congratulations! You’ve made it to week 13 of the challenge and done the work to create positive changes in many areas of your life. As we near the end of the challenge, it’s time to reevaluate yourself and celebrate your victories.

Take time to complete an end-of-program evaluation. During the physical fitness portion, perform each test the same way you did the first time around. Once you’re done, compare your scores and answers to your initial testing to see how far you’ve come! 

Regardless of how big or small your results are, celebrate them! Be proud of all you’ve accomplished, and keep moving forward.
