If you’re reading this, you are about to embark on a 14-week journey — one that, if followed properly, should yield some awesome results. However, in order to appreciate those results, you have to first understand and document where you’re at currently.
Utilize the below pre-program evaluation to record where you are right now. This evaluation will include a few physical fitness tasks, a few questions about your nutrition habits and a few questions about your mindset. Once you complete the evaluation, save it for your own records. You’ll test yourself again to see how far you’ve come toward the end of the program.
