How Well Do You Rest and Recover?

Rest is a bodily state characterized by minimal labor and exertion. Recovery is the process of returning to your normal state after a period of exhaustion. The goals of rest and recovery are to reduce anxiousness, help our bodies recuperate and restore us to a calm state. Together, these techniques enable our bodies to heal, strengthen and unwind from the stressors we face, helping us to have a more positive outlook on life.

We’ve created an assessment to help you reflect on how well you rest and recover. There is no right or wrong answer. The purpose of this assessment is to bring awareness to your rest and recovery routine and help you uncover improvement areas.
