Selecting the Proper Workout: Level 1 or Level 2

Whether you’re new to fitness or a frequent exerciser, we have a program that will fit your needs. Select the appropriate workout level based on your current fitness level and previous exercise activity.

Level 1

If you were previously sedentary or this is your first time starting a weight-training program, level 1 is just right for you. Level 1 will allow you to ease into the program with modified exercises while still challenging your body. The majority of challengers should be within this category. If you need specific modifications, please contact [email protected].

Level 2

If you have been consistently active over the past six months or more and you have completed weight-training programs and fitness challenges in the past, level 2 may be more appropriate for you. This level should only be used by those who have mastered proper form, weight train consistently several days per week and do not need exercise modifications.

Regardless of your level, this program can be performed at home or in a fitness center with dumbbells and a mat.

Remember to consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. If you would like to speak with a trainer about which workout level is right for you, contact [email protected], and we will be happy to help!
