Take a moment to reflect on your starting point 14 weeks ago.

      • Where were you in your wellness journey?
      • How did you feel physically?
      • How did you feel mentally?
      • How consistent were your workouts?
      • How strong did you feel?
      • Could you complete push-ups, squats, planks, etc.?

Now, take a moment to reflect on where you are in this very moment.

      • Where are you in your wellness journey?
      • How do you feel physically?
      • How do you feel mentally?
      • What positive habits have you adopted?
      • What negative habits have you stopped?
      • Have you hit any growth milestones?
        • Improved ability to perform push-ups, squats, planks, etc.
        • Increased cardiovascular endurance
        • Improved flexibility
        • Increased strength
        • Improved workout consistency

Often, we miss our victories not because we didn’t achieved them, but because we didn’t take the time to celebrate them. We fail to acknowledge the micro-shifts we make. We fixate on everyone else’s journeys instead of our own.

This is your reminder to celebrate how far you’ve come. You have done the work. You have put in 14 weeks of effort, and you have made positive changes to your health, mindset and life. Whether big or small, if you are reading this, you have made forward progress. Your victories matter.

So breathe in, remember where you started, celebrate where you are and decide right now that your potential for the future is limitless.
