Selecting the Proper Workout: Level 1 or Level 2

Whether you’re new to fitness or a frequent exerciser, we have a program that will fit your needs. Select the appropriate level workout based on your current fitness level and previous exercise activity.

Level 1
If you were previously sedentary or if this is your first time starting a weight training program, level 1 is just right for you. Level 1 will allow you to ease into the program with modified exercises while still challenging your body. The majority of challengers should be within this category. If you need additional or specific modifications, please contact [email protected] and we will adjust exercises to your needs. This program can be performed at home or in a fitness center with just dumbbells and a mat.

Level 2
If you have consistently been active over the last six months or more and have already completed weight training programs and fitness challenges in the past, then level 2 may be more your speed. This level should only be used by those who have mastered proper form, consistently weight trained several days per week and will not need exercise modifications. This program can be performed at home or in a fitness center with just dumbbells and a mat.

Remember to always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. If you would like to speak with a trainer more in depth about which workout level is right for you, contact [email protected] and we will be happy to help!
