Selecting Proper Dumbbells

Select the appropriate dumbbell weight based on your fitness level. As you get stronger, you will be able to use a heavier weight for the weekly challenges. Remember to consult your doctor before starting any type of exercise program. Good luck in the Renewed You Wellness Challenge!

Beginner 3-5lbs
Intermediate 5-10lbs
Advanced >10lbs

Male

Beginner 5-10lbs
