Move More: Hourly Challenge

By now, you should understand the importance of moving more throughout your day. Taking time to stand up, get your steps in, stretch or move your body throughout the day has a profound effect on your energy levels, metabolic rate, mental state and overall health.

Remember, the goal is to move your body for at least 1 to 2 minutes every hour.
