For 14 weeks, you will receive weekly challenges to help guide you in creating a healthy lifestyle. Completing this program in its entirety will help assist you in living a healthier life, but it also gives you the chance to win a grand prize! USLI customers, employees and family members are eligible to win a $2,000 American Express gift card!
Weekly Responsibilities
- Read the weekly email or visit renewedyou.usli.com to view weekly tasks
- Complete as many of the weekly tasks as you can
- Log in to the website to record each task that you completed
- Submit your completed tasks each Monday
- Motivate and encourage your teammates to live a healthier lifestyle
Equipment Needed to Participate
- At least one pair of dumbbells for the resistance training exercises; it is best to have a light set and a slightly heavier set
- A yoga mat
- Comfortable workout clothing and sneakers
Individual and Team Registration
- Participate as an individual or as a team (each teammate needs to fill out a registration form)
- When registering a team, one person must create the team name FIRST and the rest of the individuals can “join an existing team”
- Teams can have an unlimited number of participants
Rules and Details for the Grand Prize
- Only customers, USLI employees and immediate family members can be entered into the drawing for a $2,000 USD American Express gift card; family includes parents, spouses, partners, children and siblings
- In order to qualify for the prize, you must complete Renewed You Challenge in its entirety. This means task completion must be submitted each Monday by 5 p.m. ET on USLI’s Renewed You portal. Not every task has to be completed to qualify for the prize.
- In the event a holiday falls on a Monday, Tuesday will be the reporting day. We offer a 24-hour grace period in the event you are sick or out of the office on a Monday. In this case, you must submit your task completion by 5 p.m. EST that Tuesday to still be eligible for the grand prize.
- The prize is nontransferable
- Only those who maintain employment at USLI or at an appointed customer throughout the duration of the Renewed You Challenge will qualify for the grand prize
Please utilize the Renewed You website throughout the challenge. The website contains all weekly tasks, educational resources, video workouts, blog articles and cardio and flexibility workouts, including on demand workout videos, audio workouts and PDF handouts.
